The Boomers Body Tone Class will help you to sculpt your arms, tone your butt, strengthen your core and increase your balance and flexibility.

First, you’ll learn how to get your body moving freely with some very gentle mobility exercises. They’re specially designed to decompress your joints and flush out those toxins that create inflammation.

Then you’ll start defining your new body with gentle resistance routines — using light hand weights, dynabands and body weight exercises.

Stretch your body with gentle yoga movements before surrendering to a 10-minute relaxation that will leave you feeling completely rejuvenated and ready to join the lovely Boomer Ladies for a coffee and a chat.
