Each 45-minute SH’BAM® class is vibrant, unique and varied. You’ll feel like you own the stage as you follow the easy choreography. Essentially, it’s a stand-alone dance routine where you can totally let loose and lose yourself in the beat of the music.
A typical SH’BAM® class goes like this:
- The group class will kick off with your instructor taking you through a basic warmup, where you get everything from your shoulders, to your chest, to your hips and even your fingertips moving.
- What follows next is 35 minutes of uncomplicated but ultra-fun dance combinations set to chart-topping hits, old and new. Not only will you have plenty of opportunity to get the simple routines down perfectly, the combination of high intensity and recovery tracks mean you get a really amazing workout.
- You’ll find yourself loving the class so much that time will fly and before you know it’ll be lights on, party’s over, time for some sassy stretching to feel the burn, and then you’re off home. Till the next time.
