All the way through school I was a part of every team going; basketball, soccer, netball, tennis- you name it, I jumped on the band wagon; I even dabbled in martial arts for a few years too. But as I left school and real life crept in I found I wasn’t as active as I once was and steadily the weight piled on. After a few years I managed to accrue 20kgs! So after deciding I had had enough, I got myself a personal trainer. After a year and a half I managed to shed those 20kgs and I became fit and energetic once again.
Having been on the road to weight loss I fully understand how disheartening the weight loss process can be. So my aim as a personal trainer is to guide others through this and create a safe and reassuring atmosphere to help shed those unwanted kilos and keep them off!
When not training/working I love to:
You’ll usually find me checking out the latest hotspots to eat, generally with friends having a laid back, relaxed time. Otherwise, I’m a stickler for hanging out with my family and playing board games! I love a good game of scrabble!
Sushi is a must in my life. Life isn’t quite fulfilled without a bit of sashimi.
