Personal Trainer – Steph

Growing up in the country I was always outdoors and active throughout my childhood and that seems to be a reoccurring theme for me still. I love to be outside, be active and just generally have fun!

I played netball and soccer whilst growing up and continued on when I went away to boarding school; it was at this point that running became a new interest.

Since leaving school my passion for health and fitness has become a massive part of my life. I am currently towards the end of a Bachelor of Nutritional Medicine and have some large fitness goals in place.

When not training/working I love to:
In my spare time I love to spend time with my family and friends and be outside as much as possible.

Avocado! Obsessed!

Favourite exercise:
Running and sumo squats

My main goal for the year:
I want to complete a half marathon at the end of the year and eventually complete a full marathon!
