I’ve grown up in a very sport and fitness orientated family, Dad being a footballer for Richmond and mum a netballer. Sport and fitness was bound to be in my blood and a part of my future. My love for fitness started at a very young age and I knew that I wanted to help people change their lifestyle for the better and achieve a sense of happiness within themselves. I moved to Adelaide at the start of 2012 with a State league netball contract for Contax. Not long after I became a member of the Satori team and found a new level of passion for my Job.

When not training/working I love to:
I love to Spend time with my Partner, my ever growing Family and my six little best friends (nieces and nephews). Living away from my family (they all live interstate) has been the toughest challenge I have faced so far.  I also love motorbike riding, again growing up on a farm we got do to a lot of fun things like this.

Favourite Food:
My favourite food would have to be Pork, my favourite cheat meal would hands down be Pasta.

Favourite Exercise:
My favourite exercise is definitely Squats. Nothing beats strong Glutes!!

My main goal for the year:
Is to help as many people as I can change their lifestyle for the better and educate them about the benefits of fitness.
