Do you feel like you have tried every diet on the planet? However, you always feel like you fall right back into your old habits? Well, we are here to help you form new habits where you get to eat delicious, nourishing foods and still treat yourself! How good does that sound?

Eating a healthy, balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good health, and can help you feel your best. This means eating a wide variety of foods and consuming the right amount of food to be the very best version of you. A balanced diet does not mean eating salads for every meal and never eating the things you love. That is not maintainable.

Here at Satori, we encourage the 80/20 rule. If 80% of the time your meals are nutritious, filling and healthy then we don’t feel guilty when we treat ourselves and we enjoy it so much more because we aren’t doing it every day. It’s like a birthday, it wouldn’t be very exciting if it happened every day but because it’s a special treat we enjoy it so much, just like when we treat ourselves! Because if you cut out everything you love, then you will be unhappy and at Satori, we believe that happiness is essential to living a healthy and happy life.

So go and have a wine with the girls, and enjoy that cheese platter and then get right back into eating your nourishing foods because it’s all about balance. Life is too short to not do the things that you love.
