We offer freestyle as well as Les Mills Instructor classes, and are now the first in Australia to offer Les Mills Virtual classes. This means you have over 80 classes to choose from!
LES MILLS VIRTUAL CLASSES
Les Mills Virtual workouts are audio-visual versions of the live Les Mills group fitness classes, played on a big screen, through a pumping sound system, with a range of strength training, flexibility and cardio workouts.
Our current classes available are:
Pilates is great for strengthening and toning with a focus your core and for increasing your flexibility. It also has a strong mind/body connection, so you may like it if you enjoy yoga but need a more intense core workout.
Boxing develops core strength with boxing techniques and drills. This all over cardio and strength training workout will also improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina.
Our 30 minute HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.
A lower body workout for those who like to feel the burn. This class will show you how to tighten and sculpt your bum!
Full body workout with a combination of cardio and weight based exercises for a well rounded workout.
A fun filled active class for teenage girls, the perfect work out to compliment school and club sport and create a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Ages 9-15.
