FITNESS CLASSES

We offer over 40 classes per week to suit all fitness levels and abilities! Exercise is meant to be enjoyed so we make sure there are classes for everyone.

YOGA:

Foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.

Barbell PUMP:

Barbell pump really is just what it sounds like — a really pumping, total body workout that helps you get the results you want, and fast.

TONE:

Tone is a full body strength workout aimed to increase muscle tone and build overall fitness.

STRETCH:

Feeling a little sore & tight after a long day at your desk or your workout week? This class is for you. The perfect way to ensure you keep your body balanced and working to its optimal level.

STRONG:

Full body strength class utilising weights and focusing on correct form.

SHRED:

High intensity cardio mixed with high intensity strength - SHRED is the ultimate class for those looking to get leaner, stronger and fitter!

BOXING:

A full body cardio workout incorporating punches & kicks. This class is suitable for all levels of experience. We supply gloves and pads.

ABS AND BOOTY:

A lower body workout for those who like to feel the burn. This class will show you how to tighten and sculpt your bum!

TOTAL BODY:

Full body workout with a combination of cardio and weight based exercises for a well rounded workout.

HIIT:

Our 45 minute HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.

FIERCE 45:

45 minutes of strength and conditioning, not for the faint-hearted. Weight-based training designed to build strength and condition the body. Functional movement, high heart rate, and sweat will be the key features in this class.

BOOMERS:

For Women who love the music from the eighties and who like to have a laugh whilst getting fit, we have a boomers class on Tuesday mid morning for you. The Boomers Body Tone Class will help you to sculpt your arms, tone your butt, strengthen your core and increase your flexibility.

STRENGTH AND SWEAT:

Strength & Sweat is a weight based class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body, challenging all of your major muscle groups by using the best weighted exercises such as squats, lunges, presses and curls! With a specific focus on technique we will be ensuring you get a great workout.

Pilates:

Pilates is great for strengthening and toning with a focus on your core and for increasing your flexibility. It also has a strong mind/body connection, so you will love it if you enjoy yoga but need a more intense core workout.
