What do I do at Satori: Receptionist & Group Fitness Instructor

Background: Growing up, I always struggled to sit still and developed an interest for sports and fitness from quite a young age. After starting my own fitness journey and being confused by what exercises to do and how to eat to support my training, I decided to complete my Personal Trainer qualification with the goal of helping other people cut through the confusion. I am also currently studying Nutrition and Dietetics and have a keen interest in sports and performance nutrition. I have a true passion for helping women develop a healthy and sustainable relationship with exercise and am looking forward to supporting the women of Satori in achieving their goals.

 Favourite food: I am obsessed with porridge!

 Favourite exercise: laying cable lateral raises or bulgarian split squats

 Hobbies: I love spending time outdoors whether that be going for a walk along the beach or to my local coffee shop, water skiing or playing sports. I also love cooking and experimenting in the kitchen!
